AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We offer $8.00 flat rate standard delivery with tracking on all Australian orders under $100 using Australia Post or couriers. Free shipping on orders over $100.

Depending on your location, delivery time on standard post items is estimated at 2-10 business days (regional addresses may have a longer delivery time than metro).

If you don't want to wait, we offer express shipping for $14.99 with estimated delivery time of between 1-3 days depending on your location using Australia Post's Express Post service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not provide international shipping.

ORDER TRACKING

Your order will be sent via Australia Post or courier . When your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with a link that allows you to track your order online. Returns 

Genieve Chan Aesthetics will offer a full and immediately refund or replacement if the unlikely event that you experience an adverse skin reaction to one of our products. If you do experience an adverse skin reaction please stop use immediately, take a photo of the affected area and flush the area directly with water before reaching out to us via email/phone so that they can advise the next steps and can faciliate a full refund or replacement.
